Hi there! I’m Montserrat Oyanedel-Tolmo. Call me Montse or Mon. I am an instructional designer professional dedicated to creating transformative learning experiences. With a decade of expertise in curriculum development and training consultation, I specialize in crafting innovative learning solutions that leverage brain-based learning sciences and adult learning principles.

My approach blends cutting-edge instructional design techniques with culturally inclusive practices, ensuring knowledge acquisition that resonates across diverse learning environments. I draw from my multidisciplinary background, which includes a master’s in Organization, Information, and Learning Sciences and a degree in Chemical Engineering.

My work has taken me across borders. I’ve presented at conferences throughout the United States and collaborated with organizations in Guatemala, London, and Chile. I’ve participated in different professional development initiatives in New Mexico.
